I build it around your process

Usually two to three weeks. Built to fit the way you already work — your forms, your wording, your steps.

Fitted and running

I come out, sit down with whoever runs the office and get it working in front of them. Then I look after it monthly.

What does it actually save me, versus just doing it myself?

Office time, mostly — the hours somebody spends typing quotes, writing certs and chasing paperwork. On the call I'll put a rough number of hours a week on whatever you're doing by hand, so you can decide if it's worth it before spending anything.

How is this different from what my office manager already does?

It's not replacing them — it's taking the repetitive typing off their plate so they can do the work only a person can do. The system handles the copy-paste-and-send; your office manager handles the judgement.

Will it work with our current paperwork, or do we have to change everything?

It's built around your existing forms, wording and process — that's the whole point of custom instead of off-the-shelf. You don't change how you work; the system fits the way you already do it.

How long does it take to get going?

Usually two to three weeks from the first call to a working system fitted in your office. You start with one thing, see it working, then decide whether you want another.

What's the catch?

No catch and no long contract. One system at a time, monthly support you can stop if it's not earning its keep. If I don't think automating something is worth your money, I'll tell you on the call.
